Reiki, East Sheen
​Reiki is a Japanese Hands on Healing modality that was created by Mikao Usui. It is used to help with stress reduction, relaxation, and general wellbeing and balance.
What to expect during a treatment?

​During a session, the recipient of reiki can either lay down or sit for a treatment and remains fully clothed throughout the session. The Reiki practitioner places their hands appropriately either on or slightly above the body. They will start the treatment at the head, and end at the feet, to give the recipient a calming and balanced session.
What will I feel after a treatment?

​​Most people report feeling very relaxed both during and after a treatment. Some people may feel "lighter", and leave feeling more balanced.
