Yoga, Cacao Ceremony and Intention Setting
Join Penny and Laurie for a lovely start to 2024. We will spend a peaceful afternoon focusing on you - and your dreams and hopes and plans for the New Year.
As with all yoga mythology characters the 7 Matrikas or Mother Goddesses represent aspects of our own personalities - we are always all the characters in all the stories! Join us as we explore these traits through a mindful flow and a meditation, followed by the beautiful ritual of a Cacao Ceremony to help us set some positive intentions for the New Year ahead.

Blankets, blocks and bolsters will be provided.
