About the event
Our evening together will start with Melissa guiding us through a 45 minute Qigong flow to support the Fire element, the energy found in nature at this time of year. Balancing mind, body and breath to bring a sense of calm and connection to the natural rhythm of summer.
Then we will all get cozy for a Sound Healing with Laurie to balance out your energies to bring you into harmony with the summer season of Fire.
All levels are welcome, even those new to Qigong.
Cacao and tea will be available to sip on whilst getting settled in for the Sound Healing
