Spring Abundance Workshop

Frankie Arpino (Yoga, Reiki & Breathwork practitioner) and Laurie Glenn (Reiki & Acupuncturist practitioner and Cacao Facilitator) are excited to invite you to a special 3-hour workshop to nourish the mind, body and heart to welcome in the energy of spring.

During our evening together Frankie and Laurie will take you through Somatic movement & Breathwork to move your energy  & to help with circulation and warming.  This will be followed by ceremonial cacao to open your heart and 2 hours of healing Reiki infused Yin yoga to teach us how to work with the energies within and around us.

This workshop will combine the Five Element system of Chinese medicine and Yin Yoga as a way to explore and experience their deep energetic emotional and physical healing effects. We will do movements to work with the energies and organs associated with the Spring to envoke abudnace and growth.
