Intuitive Reiki - Level One

This class will be offered in the Usui tradition of Reiki. Reiki is a hands on healing modality that is used to support the bodys' natural ability to heal. This style is just one form of energy work that can be used to return a body's system to a place of balance.  

These classes are kept to a small size so that everyone is able to have time to ask questions, get plenty of practice, and enjoy a lovely time together.  Upon completion of this course students are able to administer self healing sessions.

During this course, participants will:

• Learn the history of Reiki

• Gain an understanding as to how energy healing works

• Learn  meditation practices to help prepare your mind for a healing
