About the event
Join Yoga Teacher Penny Raggett and Reiki Practitioner Laurie Glenn for a blissful Sunday afternoon. Laurie will start us off with meditation and some energy work to enhance your experience. Penny will then guide us through the Chakras and their divinities. She will do this with some story telling and more deeply with restorative asanas (poses) . Whilst in the asanas, you will be offered the opportunity to receive reiki as well.
In Autumn our yin energy (quieter energy) needs nourishing as we start to turn more inwards in preparation for the coming winter. This is a wonderful way to gift yourself that nourishment, to dive a little deeper into the themes we've been exploring and to give yourself a well deserved afternoon of relaxation.
