Experience the transformative power of sound healing as we align with the natural rhythms of the seasons. Laurie invites you to embark on a journey of relaxation, rejuvenation, and self-discovery through the healing vibrations of sound.
Each Sound healing will include an introduction to the Five Elements. With each session we will talk about the element of that season, and learn the organs associated with it, and how to nurture them through nutrition and their unique qualities to understand how to nurture them through their season.
You are welcome to join all 5 sound healings, or just the ones that resonate with you.
