About the event
This Reiki One training journey offers space to slow down, reconnect, and deepen your understanding of energy in a way that is both personal and practical. We will learn all of the Reiki One concepts together just as you wold over a weekend course. However, this format allows you time to reflect and build your understanding gently over our time together.
Our weekly gatherings will be in the format of a circle gathering, offering a calm and welcoming environment where learning unfolds alongside reflection and personal experience.
Each session will include guided teachings, meditation, and simple energy practices designed to cultivate clarity and intuition.
