Laurie Glenn

Hi there! I am Laurie - the owner of The Still Room. Like many Practitioners, I  spent years working in clinics with other Practitioners. Due to the time restrictions that come when work in a shared clinic, I found it increasingly difficult to give people the time I felt they deserved to work on their health and wellbeing.
 
These constraints are the reason I created The Still Room. This unique space is a treatment room for 1:1 sessions, in an environment that makes people feel at home to relax and rejuvenate their body and spirit.

 

I received my Master’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science in New York City. My degree incorporates the use of acupuncture, moxibustion and cupping. Additionally, I hold a Degree in Chinese Herbal Medicine from White Crane Academy.
 
I continue to develop my skills and have trained further in Women’s Health/Fertility and Cosmetic Acupuncture.
 
I am also a Reiki Master Pracitioner and I teach and treat. It is a real passion and I love to incorporate it into my sessions as and when people request it to enhance our time together.
